SHIPPING & DUTIES POLICY

This Policy describes our production times, shipping services, transit timelines, and duty/tax handling for domestic and international orders.

1. Production Time
All garments are produced individually in our ateliers. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production prior to shipment. Production time does not include transit time.
Lead times may extend during high-volume periods or due to material availability.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
– Bulgaria
– European Union
– United Kingdom
– United States
– Selected international destinations
Certain regions may be excluded due to customs or logistics limitations.
3. Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria)
Orders within Bulgaria ship complimentary. No customs duties apply.
4. European Union (EU)
Orders within the EU ship from Bulgaria. VAT is included in displayed prices. No customs duties apply on intra-EU shipments.
Standard shipping fees may apply.
5. International Orders (Outside EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery to your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
6. Excluded Countries & Regions
Some countries may be excluded due to carrier restrictions, customs limitations, or security concerns. If an order is placed to an unsupported destination, we will cancel and refund the order. We reserve the right to revise availability at any time.
7. Shipping Costs & Transit Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service type, and order value.
Transit times (after dispatch) are approximately:
– EU: 2–7 business days
– US & UK: 3–10 business days
– Other international: 5–14 business days
Transit time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
8. Event Deadlines & Time-Sensitive Orders
We cannot guarantee delivery for specific events, travel, or occasions unless expressly agreed in writing prior to order placement. Missed event deadlines do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
9. Transfer of Risk & Carrier Responsibility
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
We may assist with claims where possible, but compensation is subject to the carrier’s terms.
10. Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for duties and taxes unless otherwise stated during checkout (DDP).
Where duties are prepaid, they are non-refundable in the event of a return.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer may be responsible for:
– return shipping fees
– re-shipping fees
– carrier storage fees
– customs duties or surcharges
Any refundable portion of the order, if applicable, will be processed net of such charges.
12. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shipping addresses at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
13. Packaging
Garments are packaged in protective materials suitable for international shipment. Original packaging must be retained for eligible returns.
